Do I qualify for an Arkansas CCW permit?
U.S. Citizen
Arkansas resident for past 90 days or longer:
At least 21 years old:
Not committed an act of violence in the past 5 years:
Not convicted of a crime of domestic violence:
Not a convicted felon ever:
Not a fugitive from justice:
Be able to pass a criminal background check:
Not a chronically and habitual user of alcohol or controlled substances:
Not been adjudicated mentally incompetent:
Never voluntary or involuntary committed to a mental facility:
Willing to complete the prescribed course of instruction in the classroom and on the range:
Willing to submit finger prints:
Classes will address but not limited to: Safety Safety Safety,Self defense, applicable laws ie. use of deadly force,Reciprocal states, Where and where not to carry, Proper carry-loading & unloading and storage of your handgun, Safe and proper handling and practice techniques, concealed carry holsters and proper safety on the range. Anyone not following the safety officers instructions will be asked to leave and deemed to have failed the course.
